CWLP relies on our customers to help us identify streetlights that are out or otherwise in need of repair. Please use the form below to report any streetlight outages or issues of which you are aware. We will investigate and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. On a typical schedule, when higher priority emergency work, such as for power restoration or post-storm repairs are low, standard repairs can be completed within two weeks. Repairs that require underground work may take multiple weeks for completion. Note, you may also report streetlight trouble to our 24-hour Electric Trouble Line at 217.789.2121 or contact this department for status of streetlight repair. You are not required to provide your name and contact information, but it could be helpful in case we need additional information from you.
