Customer Service Home

The CWLP Customer Service Office is responsible for all customer account activities, including new service sign-ups, changes of address, meter reading, billing, and bill payments. This office also administers special bill-related customer service programs as noted below. The Customer Service Office can be reached by:

The Customer Service Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The drive-up payment window is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Lobby cashier hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
