On Tuesday, October 28th, traffic will be reduced at Peoria Road and Sangamon Avenue intersection while CWLP electric crews replace a damaged traffic signal. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one through lane and one left-turn lane. Westbound traffic will be reduced to one through lane and one left-turn lane. Work is scheduled to begin between 5:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. and is expected to be completed by 2:00 p.m. In the event of inclement weather, work will be rescheduled.Motorists are encouraged to slow down, use caution, and be alert for workers and equipment in the designated work zone.
