Beginning Wednesday, March 25th, eastbound North Grand Avenue will be closed between 7th Street and 8th Street for water main relocation work for the Springfield Rail Improvements Project. This work is expected to last several days and will be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather.

Traffic lanes will remain closed until surface pavement repairs are completed. Motorists should plan to take alternative routes to avoid delays, slow down, and drive with caution around this work zone.
